As for your info, Audi’s R8 V10 5.2 FSI Quattro is set to take on the major supercar players in the market. Wow, because it is V10 and as I think that engine are really bigger rather than McLaren MP4-12C V8 that have launched last week at UK. I just wanna to say that car is one hell of a car if it is anything to go by because it seemed to have all the major areas of a super car covered, looks, performance and character. Where do you wanna to drive this car in Malaysia? Genting or federal highway….. Why not, then let face the traffic jam together-“gether”. The standard R8 comes with a 420 Hp, 4.2 liter V8 engine which is means that it commands among itself a supercar category model. The sports version that you have faced based on press reported yesterday is 5.2 liter R8 V10, its means 10 cylinder under the bonnet, which develops 525bhp at 8,000rpm and 530Nm at 6,500rpm, and performance specs include a 0-100kmh time of 3.9secs and a top speed of 316kmh. About the price I don’t know what if include tax or not but it is not finalized yet may be sold at around RM1.4 million.
