"With much research and time we identified the optimum approach to power washing" Brendan relates "we landed on Steam…steam washing units had it all…better cleaning capability, better moss killing with out the use of strong chemicals but incorporating it into their self contained truck was another challenge.
After considerable time, expense and effort we were able to introduce into all of our trucks a dependable year around self contained solution to all of the challenges."
"Some companies focus on the type of cloths they wear while providing the services, a gimmick we weren't interested in pursuing. Having a dependable year around cleaning system was only one aspect though" relates Brendan "to complete the client experience we had to also build easy to use web interfaces, back office systems for call back and customer scheduling. We aren't 100% all the way there yet" says Brendan "but we are 500% further along than our competition."
