PrimeLending’s Tamara Johnson Selected Top Loan Processor

PrimeLending, a national mortgage lender with over 168 branches in 32 states, announced today the selection of Tamara Johnson as a 2009 Top Loan Processor by the Kentucky Housing Corporation.

Johnson, who works in PrimeLending’s Central Lexington branch, was honored at KHC’s Fifth Annual Lender Luncheon earlier this month. Johnson was one of three loan processors selected for having the highest number of “perfect” files submitted for underwriting; the lowest number of “rushes;” and, the highest percentage of “excellence” in processing.

“We could not be more proud of Tamara,” said Kristi Harris, SVP of Operations at PrimeLending’s headquarters in Dallas. “She is the consummate employee – always focused on the customer and the timely delivery of a high quality loan file. She deserves the recognition.”

Johnson has 16 years of mortgage loan processing experience and has been with PrimeLending since 2008.

PrimeLending was also named by KHC as one of its top 20 lenders for 2009.
