The Chocolate Belles offers dozen of different candy making and cake decorating classes during the course of the year. When asked about their newly launched YouTube channel, Ann Shortt, the owner of the Chocolate Belles said: "Many of our classes are filled with information. We look forward to using our YouTube channel to publish videos of the most important portions of our classes so our students can refer to them in the future as a reminder of what they have learned in the class."
The owner of the Chocolate Belles did not indicate if there are any plans to publish videos of the entire classes at this time.

The caked decorating and candy making classes at the Chocolate Belles range from very simple instruction about basic cake decorating to more advanced courses such as cake air-brushing or decorating cakes in fondant.
The Chocolate Belles limits the number of participants to about twelve students per class. "We like to keep our classes small as far as number of students go. This way we can offer each student personal attention if they have any questions or are struggling with a particular technique." - said Ann Shortt.
The Chocolate Belles also offers several different parent/child classes during which parents can work together with their children on fun projects like making gingerbread houses or sugar eggs.
