Stewart Clements is on the Ariston Display and Training Vehicle

March 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Ariston’s Display and Training Vehicle (DTV) will be on the road again this year, delivering state-of-the-art training and product familiarisation to merchants and installers across the UK. The DTV has been part of Ariston’s campaign to increase accessibility for all customers through a wider product range and improved communications. This facility will be on the road from 11th January until the 16th July and then from 31st August until the 17th December (excluding public holidays).

DTV Manager Andy Robinson affirmed, “Last year was very busy, as more and more of our customers became aware of the DTV as a simple and cost-effective method of familiarisation and training that is delivered straight to their door. All our visitors have been pleasantly surprised by the range of products inside and how simple it is to learn about devices such as the AUTO function, found in the CLAS HE and GENUS HE ranges. In fact, in-depth training on all products can take place in just one session.”

The DTV is fitted with products representing the complete Ariston range of SEDBUK Band A gas boilers, controls, stainless steel unvented cylinders, solar thermal and electric water heaters. Also featured is a fully functioning boiler for in-depth demonstration and many of the static products are cut away allowing greater understanding of some of the principles involved. Information and support is provided through a variety of media including literature, presentations and video demonstrations that can be viewed in the comfortable lounge area. These have recently been updated to include in-depth information about the SOLARcomfort solar thermal water heating solution. The vehicle can be plugged into an electrical supply on site or, where this is not possible, has its own onboard generator.

Stewart contends, “The DTV is a fantastic environment to provide comprehensive information on the entire Ariston product range and support services to installers, contractors and merchants alike. In addition, it offers valuable additional opportunities for customers to discuss any queries directly with Ariston personnel. And, of course, a warm Ariston welcome and selection of refreshments are always on hand.”
