Cardamel Consulting, specializing in home builder financial and operational management systems utilizing Microsoft Dynamics SL and GP, was notified that they are a finalist in the 2010 Edward Lowe Foundation Colorado Companies to Watch awards. Colorado Companies to watch is hosted by the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade.
Colorado Companies to Watch are second-stage entreprenurial enterprises that are investing in people, technology, infrastructure and their communities as they build their businesses in Colorado. A panel of independent judges select the companies based on factors such as employee or sales growth, entrepreneurial leadership and sustainable competitive advantage.
The program was developed by the Edward Lowe Foundation to promote entrepreneurship. Cardamel was nominated for the award due to growth rate and revenue increases in 2010. Despite the recent economic recession with the construction industry being particularly hard hit, Cardamel has continued to grow their business thanks to strategic partnerships, a unique end-to-end homebuilder software integration with Kova Solutions and a set target market.
