Review - MMoxe: A safe Gold Vendor?
MMoxe is one of the many sister websites from IGXE.(FFXI Gil, Bygamer, Mmoxe,...)
IGXE is a large virtual currency company founded in 2001 currently based out of China. They started on ebay and launched their website in 2004. Originally the company was based out of Hong Kong and Canada, but since acquiring a large Chinese virtual currency company in 2006 they have moved their main base of operations to China. Their central office is in Chongqing, China and from the pictures we saw is quiet modern and advanced.
What characterize their website the most is their similarity with Offgamers' website. They are the two Walmart of the virtual services market. IGXE provide a crazy amount of services for numerous games (over 60) They sale CD-keys, PL, accounts, items, currencies. They are implementing new services every now and then like their auction feature. Many services, many fast order forms website, loads of details during the buying process, relatively good customer service.
IGXE are without the shadow of a doubt a major actor of the market.

MMoxe got a fair reputation but is still a sister site from IGXE. That means a lot less credibility and reliability. They are a sort of test from IGXE:
- lower prices
- slower deliveries
- low affiliate remuneration
They are a sort of "poor" oriented website.
Website Security: 5/10
The transaction security is ok. They are part of IGXE and use the same technologies and servers. Anyway, they are the "cheap" version of IGXE.
Ingame safety: 7/10
We never got any of our accounts banned when we did test orders with Mmoxe. The deliveries are slow (you got to pay more for a decent ETA)
Should you buy from MMoxe.com?

Is MMoxe a reliable company to buy from? Is MMoxe safe to buy from? Do they have the cheapest prices? How cheap is MMoxe compared to other sellers? All of these questions are answered in Mmoops.com full review.
MMoxe is rated by Mmoops.com amongst all reliable gold sellers. Feel free to compare our top 10 if you want to understand the differences between MMoxe and its competitors.
Reliability 4/10
Even if they have almost no credentials (security, reliability, reputation,...)
Transactions:
The transactions are secure. From their Help Center, livechat and our test orders:
"Why do you sometimes need to call me when I've placed an order?"
"1. There may have been an error on your order, a mis-spelt character name or complications with payment. If you have been unavailable to receive your order, we may call you to ask you to collect your order in game, if remote delivery is not available."
"2. For larger orders, we must confirm your identity and legitimate possession of the card or Paypal account you are using to pay. This serves to decrease fraud and deter scammers, something which benefits all our customers and MMORPG players."
"3. If you are worried about an order or have not managed to resolve an issue via e-mail, we may call you to assure you and help resolve any problems you are having."
"Are there discounts for larger orders?"
"The good news is YES. This will be based on a case by case basis. Please contact us via email or instant messengers. Usually we accept money order and wire transfer as the payment method for the bulk sale."
"Price consistency:"
"We raise and decrease our prices in accordance with market supply and demand. When supply is short and demand is high, prices will increase. When supply is plentiful but there is little demand, prices will decrease. This is the reason for changing prices and also why currency prices may vary from server to server on one game."
Only supporting Paypal, MoneyBookers, Credit cards at the present time.
Ease of Use 6/10
The website is fair. The navigation is ok. Nothing revolutionnary yet.
Delivery 4/10
The delivery is quite slow. They are far from being the faster website. There are also a lot of differences between games. Most of the time, their ETA is under 8h. You can pay more to get a faster delivery...
Conclusion: 70/100
MMoxe is a fair website. Their gold service is quite good even though they could improve a lot:
- reliability credentials
- faster delivery
They are serving a lot of games (~75) and offering powerleveling.
