The recent West Glamorgan Dolls House Club exhibition at Swansea Museum continued its excellent record of fund raising for very worthy causes.
The exhibition raised a total of £325 for the Wales Air Ambulance.
Both Swansea Museum and West Glamorgan Dolls House Club were pleased to be able to bring the show to visitors free of charge, and make the donation to Wales Air Ambulance possible.
The two day exhibition is now a well established and popular occasion for all the family.
The latest display included an astonishing array of miniature masterpieces, including cottages, houses, riverside inns and many other fascinating properties filled with detailed fixtures and fittings.
Roger Gale, Exhibitions and Events Officer at Swansea Museum said “The WGDHC always puts on an amazing display.
“Their members are incredibly skilled and creative, but also ensure that their hobby benefits others via their charity fund raising.
“Swansea Museum has welcomed them for many years, and the town in miniature should be back with us again in March next year”.
