Rising Stars selections are based on nominations made by attorneys appearing on the prestigious Texas Super Lawyers list. The designation is reserved for the top Texas attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice fewer than 10 years. This year's list appears in the April issue of Texas Monthly magazine. The list also appears in Texas Rising Stars, a magazine co-produced by the publishers of Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Media Inc.
