makers-online.co.uk are pleased to welcome the Sally Reay range of contemporary jewellery onto their site.
Sally designs and makes precious metal jewellery in her workshop in Bristol. She originally graduated from art college with a degree in graphic design and then taught herself basic silver smithing and jewellery making techniques. She then spent a year travelling and working with jewellery designers in Latin America where she learnt and developed new skills in the designing and making of jewellery.
Jewellery making is all about creating a distinctive look an original style that stands you out from the crowd and Sally has achieved this by always seeking to develop new techniques such has photo-etching and oxidisation and now produces a strong graphic element in her jewellery designs which is unique to her.
Each piece is made from solid British sterling silver and is hand finished with love and care.
She only uses the highest quality materials and works to the highest standards. Her current collection include pendants, necklaces,rings, bracelets and earrings.
