Sir Grout, a national tile and grout cleaning franchise, has released a revolutionary new application specifically designed to prevent costly slip-and-fall accidents. The grout and tile cleaning company, which has grown to 18 franchises in six states, recently expanded its services with the debut of Slip Armor, a proprietary non-slip solution that renders almost all floor surfaces slip-resistant when wet.

Slip Armor, which dries in about 20 minutes, is applied by the firm's professional technicians and lasts approximately five years. It is different from other non-slip applications in that it does not alter a floor's look and goes into action only when the surface becomes wet, Lindberg said.
