Agility Fleet Receives Un-Sung Hero Award
Agility Fleet are proud to announce their recently received Un-Sung Hero Award for contract hire and leasing from the BVRLA. The prestigious award was presented to Jacki Stevenson, a valued member of the team since 2005 for her remarkable efforts in fleet management and contract leasing in a time where ordinarily businesses would have struggled to make ends meet.
The award was designed and created by The BVRLA (The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association)
Winners were selected by the BVRLA Chairman’s Committee and were invited to attend the BVRLA “The Big Event Annual Dinner 2010” which took place on the 3 March. The event was held in the Hilton’s Grand Ballroom where the Chief Executive of the company was there to announce the awards himself.
Jacki was nominated for the award by Agility Fleet’s Managing Director Keith Townsend who had nothing but praise to sing about the hard working sales representative. Jacki was put forward for the award for her tireless efforts to manage the sale of all end-of-contract vehicles at a time when the economy was at its worst. The used vehicle market had crashed and Agility were facing the prospect of a possible financial loss for the year, as were many other businesses. Through diligent research and her excellent interpersonal skills Jacki micro managed each individual vehicle and established many relationships with traders all over the UK. Thanks to her tireless efforts Jacki allowed the business to continue maximizing its return and increasing the cash flow. Agility Fleet not only remained stable but also remained profitable in a time when many businesses were going under.
Agility Fleet are very proud to have such a hard working employee in their midst and that Jacki gained the recognition deserved from the BVRLA Un-Sung Hero Award.
