Country Cottage Assisted Living Residence Helps Raise Money for Russellville High School Prom

March 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Country Cottage, the Assisted Living residence on North Jackson Avenue in Russellville, hosts the 11th annual Russellville High School Prom Fundraiser this year.  Students are raising money for their prom by selling tickets in the community for a home cooked barbecue meal from Country Cottage.  Meals can be picked up on Friday, March 19th at 3p.m. at the Cottage. Tickets are $8 each and available at Russellville High School.

“We are really looking forward to the fundraiser being a success again this year,” says Regina Lawler, Resident Services Director at Country Cottage.  “With this being our eleventh year doing this, I really want to encourage the community to support our effort to raise money for Prom 2010.”

The folks at Country Cottage are involved with the community at all age levels.  Prom is a big event for juniors and seniors at RHS, and the Cottage is pleased to be able to help make the night even more special for them.  

“Many of the students from Russellville High School are part of HOSA and Honor Society, and we appreciate that they volunteer their time at Country Cottage,” says Lawler. “We enjoy the relationship with the youth in the community and the Residents at the Cottage.”
