KFL&A Public Health managed its Human Resource function in a predominantly manual fashion with a home grown HRMS application and as a result, they were managing HR with a series of manual paperless, spreadsheets, databases and third party providers. KFL&A Public Health recognized Human Resources as an essential component to long-term success. In order to more effectively and efficiently manage the Payroll and HR Management functions, KFL&A Public Health had issued an RFP to identify an integrated Payroll and HRMS solution from a trusted vendor that would enhance current processes and data capture methods, and allow the organization to deliver better services to its employees and managers. In addition, after manually managing scheduling for H1N1 clinics for their clients, KFL&A Public Health realized this process needed to be automated.
HRWARE was able to provide a superior all-in-one integrated solution to manage all of KFL&A Public Health’s needs.
