New Tennis Center Project for The Woodlands Area.

The center will (eventually) offer around 19 tennis courts - 8 clay and 8 hard court as well as some quick-start tennis courts. In addition to the tennis, the Buyer also intends to offer fitness/aerobics as well as a restaurant.
