In this newly created position, Mr. Bolling will be responsible for the Holding Company’s strategic business development and marketing activities.

Mr. Bolling previously worked at Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR), a leading diversified manufacturing and technology company known for superior business processes. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Marketing for Veeder-Root, a Danaher subsidiary and a global provider of equipment to the petroleum industry. While there, he was responsible for global strategy development and execution, business management, market expansion, product management and commercialization. Prior to Veeder-Root, Mr. Bolling held the position of Vice President of Sales for the Danaher Tool Group, the company’s consumer hand-tool business segment.

Prior to Danaher, Mr. Bolling held positions with progressing responsibilities at Lucent Technologies in Marketing and Sales. Prior to Lucent, he was responsible for Business Development at Bosch Telecom in the emerging Eastern European market, and started his career at a start-up technology company.
Mr. Bolling holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Communication Engineering from the Fachhochschule für Technik in Esslingen, Germany and an MBA from the Columbia Business School in New York City.
