Towson, Md. – March 15, 2010 -- Sandy Hillman Communications has launched a new service, prXpress, offering short-term public relations services at a fixed hourly rate to clients who are looking for limited PR assistance. Designed to meet a growing need by small organizations for professional communications services, prXpress will guarantee 48-hour turnaround on all projects.
The menu of services includes the writing and distribution of press releases, email blasts and media alerts.
“Over the past year we have received repeated requests for short-term assistance from smaller companies, independent businesses and not-for- profits, “said Hillman SVP Liz Feldman who is managing the new division. “We were not structured to accommodate these one-off requests. Recognizing this growing need, we have created a discrete division that is able to respond to ad hoc requests with a quality product and a quick turnaround time.”
According to Sandy Hillman, the agency’s president, “Our core offering will continue to be the agency-of-record, full-service, strategic communications campaigns that we design and execute for our portfolio clients. This new offering is narrow in scope and is aimed at a very different constituency.”
Sandy Hillman Communications represents a broad range of clients including those in the hospitality, gaming, entertainment, healthcare and technology industries. Headquartered in Baltimore, Md. with offices in N.Y. and N.J., the firm serves as agency of record for several dozen clients including Gaylord Hotels, Harrah’s Entertainment, the Singapore Tourism Board, 3Ality Digital, Nixle, Sleep Solutions and the National World War II Museum.
