March 13, 2010 - PRLog -- The March issue of Indian Military Review, a monthly magazine published from New Delhi, says that the Valley may ne relatively peaceful today but the seemingly peaceful ambience is rather fragile. At such a juncture if we disturb the peace in a fit of impulsive generosity, ie, amnesty for surrendered militants, we may be in danger of losing all that we have gained so far.

Jaibans Simngh in the article titled "Tread Caustiously" says such a step would essentially mean disregarding all the sacrifices that the common man in Kashmir has made over all these years of uncertainty and violence. It would mean insulting the memory of all the men who had selflessly sacrificed their all so that the Valley may once again breathe air free of smoke.
