OC Raw Food announces the release of their new raw and healthy cooking video series

March 13, 2010 - PRLog -- GFactor announced the release of their latest series of recipe videos this week under their OCRawFood project, on YouTube and the company website www.ocrawfood.wordpress.com. The company was founded in 2008 in Ladera Ranch, California, by Catherine Miale and Katherine Seach. The videos feature Seach, who has over 20 years experience with raw and healthy cooking and life coaching, demonstrating her techniques in creating quick and easy meals for busy lifestyles.

GFactor was founded to provide a forum for women to share their experiences and secrets to life and longevity, what's working and not working, through a variety of media outlets. In addition to the videos and internet forum, the company is working on a recipe and shopping guide, and more cooking DVDs, as well as social networking groups.
