One of the aspects of our education philosophy is the mentorship program. Throughout the duration of program, all students are assigned an individual mentor, a senior leader from the industry, to help them shape and progress their learning around their current and future business roles and personal and career goals. Our post graduate management programs are conducted at our City Business School - Plot no. 76, Sector 44, Gurgaon. SOIL uses Caliper Profile, one of the most accurate and valid assessment instruments internationally, to gain insights into an individual's creative intelligence and execution quotient. The test measures an individual's characteristics, motivation and potential for a variety of organizational roles, particularly focused on leadership. The final selection of a candidate is decided through a Talent Appreciation Process which includes an interview with senior leaders from the industry.
