Mr. Richard Zemble has 8 years of experience practicing law in Delaware. Former Delaware Deputy Attorney General is bringing this experience to his new criminal defense and family law practice, where he will focus on felonies and misdemeanors, including drug charges, drunk driving, weapons charges, traffic violations, juvenile and school related crimes, sex crimes, white collar crimes, computer crimes, expungements and pardons, assault, burglary, and domestic violence, child abuse, protection from spousal abuse and divorce.
When asked about the opening of his new office, Zemble remarked, “People need an experienced and aggressive lawyer to protect their rights. People need to learn that the state is powerful and that an early defense is a smart defense. There are many actions that can be taken to ameliorate the criminal charges, which can be based on mistakes. I feel fortunate to serve my old and new clients.”
Zemble received his law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law and his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Michigan. Zemble is admitted to the Delaware Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar and the New Jersey Bar Associations. He is married to Samantha Evian, JD, of Spector, Gadon and Rosen, and has one son.
