Wow, I have to say after looking at this footage, I would not hesitate to get Street Fighter IV the iPhone/iTouch. I thought it would be a major downgrade from consoles like Xbox 360 and PS3, but I was wrong. This game looks pretty good and the speed has not been compromised, either.
Animation: smooth especially for a handheld device. The graphics definitely look great on a smaller scale...it's incredible how far technology has advanced.
Gameplay: really smooth, fast, it has all the things that make up Street Fighter IV (regular moves, transitions, specials, super combos, and ultra combos with the normal sequence like on the next gen consoles).
Controls: there is a visual controller right on the screen of the touch or the phone. from what i heard, the controls are pretty solid and responsive, so that's def a good thing.
