Wikijob Survey Finds Most Employers Now Use Aptitude Tests

In response to findings, graduate website WikiJob adds new numerical practice test to its arsenal of practice aptitude tests, promises more to come in the near future.

Additional practice tests of all varieties will be added incrementally over the coming weeks and months to provide additional resources to benefit the websites' users.

In the current economic climate more and more companies are turning to a variety of aptitude tests as another means of filtering applicants to their graduate roles. These tests can involve numerical reasoning, verbal and non verbal reasoning and diagrammatic reasoning, to give a few examples. Therefore for candidates to give themselves the best possible chance of success, knowledge of aptitude tests is vital.
