XChange POS – is a feature rich affordable point of sale application for small stores where none existed.
The challenge was to provide a complete Point of sale application with inventory, supplier management and business intelligence yet simple and efficient for a small retailer to be able to use it without any technical day to day support.
We choose Delphi Client Server (for Rapid application development and easy of developing for kiosks and touch screens) and windows operating system (familiar for retailer) to design this application. The system offers User wise roles and privileges, easy front office, CRM & Loyalty management, Inventory & Supplier Outstanding management, Promotions management and sales analysis. It works as a complete business management application for a small and medium size retailer. The application works with most available hardware's and does not require special hardware’s.
The application provides small retailers with technology to match biggies better manage promotions and inventory and use application for faster decision making.
