Jacksonville, Fla.—On Friday, February 26th more than 100 Clay County school children went home sick due to a suspected outbreak of Rotavirus. BioShield Environmental Services wants to make sure this type of thing doesn’t happen again.
The Jacksonville firm is first to offer XMICROBE antimicrobial spray, which is EPA approved and protects surfaces for up to three months with one application.
The Clay county incident was not an isolated case. There has been a string of news stories documenting the growing infection problem in Northeast Florida.
Bioshield hopes to decrease this dangerous escalation by offering free inspections done by their certified Indoor Air and Surface Quality Inspectors. The Inspectors will provide interested parties with a free 10 Point Inspection of thier home or workplace.
“The XMICROBE™ technology can really help the city cut down the rise of infections. It lasts up to three months and is completely safe, because it doesn’t contain harmful chemicals. It’s entirely different than traditional disinfectants.”
“Bacteria, Mold, and Mildew; or the 'Bugs' you can’t see, are dwelling in many homes and businesses across the country. Our program will reduce or eliminate bacteria and offer much healthier living and working conditions with long term results.” Adds Fugere.
