FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Come Clean Racing
Horse Racing is a complicated business when it comes down to racing statistics
There is no all round and end all to the solution to best betting. Come April 5th 2010 the Equine Prohibited substance list due to come into effect. But alas rest at peace be the maker of a true sports horse. There is news to suggest that Horses could be disqualified before any race begins. Drug testing could take effect prior to any sport racing event and as if it were thought out well the new testing kits are more effective than the expected standard testing where results were 50% less inaccurate. Nicky Henderson was banned for 3 months last year for doping Moon lit path with anti bleeding drug. A record fine of £40,000 was received for that which in any case if your horse is not clean for racing it will be more than the prize money you can earn from cheating. Henderson’s administration refuse to comment any further on the issue, even if it was in support against the allegations. They were asked whether or not they were fully aware of the drug use prior to the race.
The Police are not responsible for the Drug testing of Horses at events across the country. The main police attendance is at the international events where drug testing take place as part of standard group testing but not part of police activity involvement. There is rumour to show that Drug testing could take place at All day weather tracks where regular attendants are competing regularly in preparation for key statistics on racing figures for the Big Events throughout the year.
Race Course organisers work hard to ensure the highest standard of competitive benefits to those who are betting weather on line or at the bookies on the race course or further a field. You can rest assured on trusting the race course to organise fair races, where both Jockeys and horses will only race against the same league of competitor in a race at one time assuring statistical balance. While the Racing signposts let us know the latest information on Hot Jockeys and Hot trainers the performance of the horse is unpredictable on the day other than the stallions racing history. What is the best tip you can get out of a race horse from its jockey?
While tipsters reel in the money on their work who’s to suggest weather there on a good key to the extra added benefits on the racing statistics.
From the following month before the ban you can expect the both sponsors and race tracks will be keeping a close eye on the horses racing and could mite as well be testing out for the weakest links prior to the Saturday 20th Racing in Uttoxter and Lingfield.

The police in Staffordshire and in the West midlands warn of animal rights protesters attending the Both the Derby and the John Smiths Grand national could potentially cause a mass disturbance at the events this year. The protesters are gathering in effect to raise the ban of Horse Racing. This year they are planning an animal rights protest event at Anitree Grand national on the 8th- 10th of April following up their statement “a notoriously hazardous three-day event that has killed 36 horses over the last decade.”- http://www.animalaid.org.uk/h/n/CAMPAIGNS/horse/ALL/592//
There is no real statistic to suggest how small or large the gathering will be the event is named the horse racing awareness week. There is also no suggestion to say weather or not any of the protesters could be involved in doping issues themselves in order to establish some sort of counter balance. The Mersey side police have told that there have been no serious disturbances caused by the protesters in the previous years. Usually the race course owners provide an area for them near the queue at the event where they can distribute leaflets. But they had mentioned that the protesters were provided water buckets. As far as what the purpose of those are for can remain untold of as yet.

Its an all round killer loop on come clean racing. Even Olympic Athletes are being prosecuted for using every day drugs. Surely its all gone one cup of coffee a bit to far. Have the restrictions gone too far? Surely it could be said that a professional racing horse should be entitled to a bit of support during the racing events without being penalised. From the 5th of April the new drug enforcement comes into effect the Equine Prohibited substance list due to come into effect. Would this not raise more concern for animal rights protesters had they been more aware that the horse owners were prohibited from allowing their vets to administer any such drugs to ease the horse’s performance during its career. Should it not be fair to suggest that the main restrictions should be in regards of administering amphetamines, where clearly this could be said to be assisting a horses performance as such. Perhaps a spoon full of sugar will be to much to go down at some point.

In the Case of Asmussen in Sight tested positive for mepivicaine, a local anaesthetic, in his horses. Are more and more restrictions being created purely in testimony of regular winners and whether or not the drugs used are enhancing the performance of the horses. In the long run do these restrictions not make it more difficult for the horses in respect of their rights as sports performers? As and when new rules are made is there never a time when a second decision is ever made to allow any such drug usage to be taken off the list.

On the other hand when competitors strike to attack opponents when doping their rivals prior to sporting events and people such as Richard guest are penalized and disqualified for finishing 7th . there is a killer loop in the game to rest on drug allegations. As and when the horses are tested and who is responsible?

A new drug testing product has been released on the market which could be in support for Race track owners and race sponsors. The Company claim that current testing methods lose 50% of the results and is slower to show the details from the tests by 20 minutes. Not only is the new product faster but it may be possible to detect exactly when and how long ago drugs were administered to the horses and in what quantities. From any such enquiry it is the responsibility of the trainers and horse owners to report to follow up the enquiries. The new product could be used to test racing dogs and even penalize owners of status dogs on the spot fines.
