Hixson, a Cincinnati-based architecture, engineering and interior design firm, announced today that Bryon D. Sutherly, John J. Lucchetta, and Scott Hodel have been elected the newest partners in the privately held firm, bringing the total number of shareholders to 35.
Bryon D. Sutherly is a Senior Project Architect at Hixson, a role in which he is responsible for project tasks and design, specifications, technical content, and coordination with other disciplines primarily for office-related projects. Sutherly’s career began at Hixson in 1980 as a University of Cincinnati co-op student. As his career progressed, he held a variety of positions in the Architecture and Interior Design departments. In 1996, Sutherly went into private practice before returning to Hixson in 2006. Sutherly, who earned a Bachelor of Architecture from U.C., and his wife Linda reside in Liberty Township, Ohio.
John J. Lucchetta is Information Systems Manager at Hixson. In this role, Lucchetta oversees the implementation and maintenance of the firm’s technology infrastructure and keeps Hixson apprised of upcoming changes in technology and how those changes will impact the firm in the future. Lucchetta holds a B.S. in Information Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. He resides in Pleasant Ridge.
Scott Hodel is a Project Manager at Hixson. In this capacity, Hodel leads projects to successful conclusions by directing the efforts of multi-disciplined project teams. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Hodel is a 2006 graduate of Miami University where he earned a B.S. in Applied Science/Mechanical Engineering. He resides in the Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati.
