THE NRA FREEDOM ACTION FOUNDATION
San Antonio, Texas – Texas Trophy Hunters Association (TTHA) is proud to announce a new partnership with the NRA Freedom Action Foundation.
While widely recognized today as a major political force and as America's foremost defender of Second Amendment rights, the NRA has, since its inception, been the premier firearms education organization in the world. Also, the NRA strongly supports every law-abiding American's privilege to hunt. Along with approximately 15.1 million American hunters and many national conservation organizations, the NRA works to preserve the American hunting tradition for future generations.
Millions of individuals follow and promote NRA’s issues, but far too many never make it to the ballot box to cast their votes. The National Rifle Association of America has created the NRA Freedom Action Foundation, a 501(c)(3) entity, to focus on non-partisan voter registration and citizen education initiatives. It is the mission of the NRA Freedom Action Foundation to identify these individuals through rigorous research, reach out to them, and teach the importance of exercising their precious voting rights.
Chris Cox, President of the NRA Freedom Action Foundation stated, “It’s never been more important for those who appreciate our great American hunting and shooting heritage to come together to make sure likeminded citizens are registered to vote. We are grateful for the Texas Trophy Hunters Association members’ help in strengthening the work of the NRA Freedom Action Foundation.”
Joe Betar, VP, COO of Texas Trophy Hunters Association states, “TTHA strongly supports and advocates the privilege, right and duty of all Americans to bear arms and the responsibility to vote. Not only is the partnership between the NRA Freedom Action Foundation and TTHA a perfect match, but through our combined efforts, we will continue to secure the hunting rights for future generations.”
