March 11, 2010 - PRLog -- It is time for family and friends to enjoy great dining in a unique atmosphere.  From a lavish Easter celebration with brunch and a great lunch on Easter Sunday to true Irish cuisine with traditional favourites, Hyatt Regency Dubai offers you diversity in food, drinks and surroundings.

Taste of Ireland

Established in the 8th century, Irish cuisine is one of a kind, consisting mainly of meat and vegetables.  Today, Irish chefs are well known for turning simple dishes into savoury, delicious delights.  Our new Irish chef de cuisine, Liam Crotty, is very excited to showcase the true cuisine of his home country of Ireland every Wednesday in The Kitchen restaurant.  Watch Chef Liam and his team cooking up a storm of traditional Irish delicacies, ranging from such favourites as Chicken Livers with Orange and Lamb Kidneys with Pink Peppercorns, complemented with a selection of salads.  Try out mouthwatering appetisers, from Smoked Salmon and Oysters, Prawn Parcels, Potato Pancakes, Mussels and Crab Claws to such main courses as Stuffed Dover Sole, Irish Stew, Beef and Guinness, Scallops in the Shell and Smoked Fish Cakes, as well as a selection of sweet surprises.

The Taste of Ireland dinner buffet is available every Wednesday from 7:00pm to 11:00pm for AED150 per person, including soft drinks, or AED175 per person, including beer and wine.  What’s more, spend a minimum of AED200 and get a chance to be one of the lucky winners who will participate in an Irish cooking class conducted by Chef Liam, where you can test your culinary skills and enjoy a three-course lunch, your very own chef’s apron and a hat!
