High Wycombe, United Kingdom - Lane End Conference Centre was awarded the Venue Verdict Gold Standard when Business Development Research Consultants (BDRC) announced the winners of the national Venue Verdict Awards for customer service at UK hotels and meeting venues. The Venue Verdict Gold Standard is an accolade awarded only to venues delivering the very highest level of customer service over a period of time, based on large volumes of customer feedback.
Lane End Conference Centre is a member of the Conference Centres of Excellence consortium, the UK’s largest group of specialised training and conference venues. In addition to Lane End Conference Centre, 17 other venues out of over 200 participating venues were awarded the Venue Verdict Gold Standard, of which more than a quarter were member venues of CCE.
