Brookfield Homes Releases Phase 6B, Sells Three at Trellis at Windingwalk

March 10, 2010 - PRLog -- A new phase was released for sale Saturday at Trellis at Windingwalk in Chula Vista, according to San Diego new home builder Brookfield Homes, who also reported three homes sold in the single-family home neighborhood last week.

“With prices from the mid $400,000s, Phase 6B at Trellis includes previously sold-out Plan 1 floor plans and some corner homesite locations, making this phase very much anticipated,” said Lora Heramb, vice president of sales and marketing for Brookfield Homes. “In addition, buyers may qualify for federal tax credits, and Brookfield is offering a limited time incentive for buyers to pay no closing costs.”

Current federal tax credits available include $8,000 for first-time homebuyers and $6,500 for move-up homebuyers.

Trellis at Windingwalk features four floor plans ranging from approximately 2,361 to 2,620 square feet. The two-story homes have four to five bedrooms, 2.5 to three baths and two-car garages. Exteriors showcase classic architectural styles, including Spanish, Craftsman and California Cottage details.

Trellis interiors, per plan, incorporate formal living and dining rooms, a butler’s pantry, gourmet kitchen island and downstairs bedroom suite. Trellis homes include granite kitchen countertops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Each home also has a convection oven and microwave.
