Redmond, WA — Knouen Technologies, a leading innovator of enterprise productivity solutions that help companies to improve the adoption of their CRM systems, today announced two new appointments to the company’s leadership team. Lee Ho joins as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer and Shawn Lee as Technical Director of Mobile Applications. These additions to the Knouen team add to the company’s enterprise software expertise and leadership, and support the delivery of new products and long term growth.
Lee Ho brings fifteen years of marketing, strategy and business development experience to Knouen. He was previously the Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Muze, Inc, a media information solutions provider. His professional experience includes executive management roles at enterprise software and technology companies including Panorama Software, CompanyDNA, Brightspark Labs and BackWeb Technologies. Lee will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, and forming and implementing the company’s go-to-market strategies.
Shawn Lee brings to Knouen fifteen years of experience in developing CRM, mobile and commerce solutions. He was mostly recently with SAP Labs where he managed the development of SAP Business One E-Commerce™ and SAP Business One Web CRM. Prior to SAP Labs, Shawn was Technical Director and Chief Architect with Praxis Software Solutions, which was acquired by SAP in 2006. He has held similar roles with Tecknowledge Management and ASI Associates. Shawn will be responsible for leading the development of Knouen’s mobile and voice communication solutions.
