Multi-Family Development in Transaction Valued at $4 million


        GLENDALE, Calif. – March 10, 2010 -- Vroman's Real Estate Ventures has completed the sale of a 30-unit multi-family real estate
development located in Glendale in a transaction valued at more than $4 million, Coldwell Banker Commercial, North County,has reported.  
        Buyer of the property was a private investor. Broker George Issaians of Coldwell Banker Commercial's North County office in Glendale represented Vroman's in the sale of the property. The buyer was represented by Century 21 in Pasadena.
        Located at 1262 Boynton St. in Glendale, the project is comprised of 20 two-bedroom, one- and-one-half bath units; eight one-bedroom, one-bath units and two single apartment units. It also features a swimming pool and 30 underground parking spaces.


     "The property is located in a very strong rental area, is well maintained, and is not under any rent control ordinance, all of which combine to make it a sound, long term investment vehicle," said Issaians "Additionally, it has an excellent mix of unit sizes with strong upside potential."
