Nearsightedness
Nearsightedness or myopia is a condition when a person has difficulty in seeing objects in a distance without the help of eyeglasses. It is estimated that over than 1000 million population in the US are suffering from myopia. In majority, blurry eyesight that is caused by nearsightedness may be improved through vision therapy, good nutrition, habit and lifestyle changes.

Presbyopia
Presbyopia normally occurs when people are beginning to reach the age 40, they will experience blurry eyesight of near vision when doing close object works such as reading, sewing or working at the computer. Astigmatism
