Fort Worth Marketing Firm Teaches About Online Reviews
Randy and Donny Vaughn, The Marketing Twins at 1429 Creative, announce their upcoming marketing seminar at the NRH Public Library on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Noon. Over the past two years, The Marketing Twins have been regular presenters at a variety of marketing and social media seminars hosted by the NRH Library.
This new seminar answers the question: "What To Do About Online Reviews?" Consumer review sites like Yelp!, City Search, Insider Pages, Merchant Circle, Yahoo Local, and reviews alongside Google Maps are increasingly important to a small business or organization because of the impact it could have on online brand reputation.
"Business and organizational leaders should be intentional and systematic toward these online review sites," said Randy Vaughn, Creative Director and Fort Worth-Dallas' only authorized Duct Tape Marketing coach. "Your online brand reputation is at stake so you cannot ignore the influence these reviews have. Consumers are making many of their research decisions based on what other customers say before they ever step foot in your door or call you on the phone. You need a strategy for getting the most positive online reviews as possible."
