Nashville, TN – In February, fans showered their favorite businesses with love on Intuit’s LoveALocalBusiness.com. Intuit Inc. received over 25,000 votes from local business fans hoping to help their favorite business win much needed operating funds. Over 650 of those votes were cast from fans across the United States, who shared why they love BABYBEARSHOP®
Organic. Thanks to a vote from loyal customer, Donna Hawks, BABYBEARSHOP®
received one of only four $5,000 business grants for the February cycle.
The grants are part of Intuit’s expanded “Love a Local Business Grant Competition.”
A panel of expert judges selected one grand prize winner of $35,000 and four additional winners in February won grants worth $5,000 each. BABYBEARSHOP®
is ecstatic to be selected as one of these winners.

plans on using the funds to hire a strategic marketing team to assist with grassroots marketing and business development over the summer. As part of the grant, BABYBEARSHOP®
will also receive $500 worth of Intuit small business software tools. Not only does the company benefit from the funds and software, but also the outpouring of love and praise evident in the hundreds of votes that were cast in February.
