HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – March 4, 2010 – Fitness Together Holdings, Inc. has hired two development directors to oversee franchise growth across the country for Fitness Together, a one-on-one personal training franchise system. The newly-created positions go to Lance Freeman, of Capistrano Beach, Calif., and Don Carpenter, of Denver, Colo.
“Lance and Don have experienced this business from the ground up, and they know what it takes to be a successful franchise owner,” said Jeff Jervik, president and CEO of Fitness Together Holdings. “They bring great skills to our Franchise Support Center in identifying the right prospects for us as we aggressively grow our franchise system.”
Freeman began his career with Fitness Together 17 years ago and was a personal trainer at the very first studio in the system. He worked his way up to manager and then regional director. He later moved to California and purchased his own Fitness Together franchise, grew his business to include three locations and was also named the area director for Southern California.
Carpenter also has a longstanding career with Fitness Together, beginning as a trainer 10 years ago and working his way up to manager, franchise owner, and then area director for Michigan and Virginia.
Freeman and Carpenter will report to Tom DeLosa, chief sales officer of Fitness Together, in their new roles.
