Real Estate Entrepreneur, Philip Blackett, Signs Publishing Deal with Publisher, CelebrityPress

Philip Blackett, real estate entrepreneur and owner of Clean Slate Properties, LLC and Win/Win Redevelopment Corporation, has co-written a book with Ron LeGrand and other leading real estate experts across the country.  The new book, to be published by CelebrityPress™, is called “The New Masters of Real Estate: Getting Deals Done in the New Economy.”

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Philip Blackett worked for two years as an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York City.  He then decided to “retire” from Corporate America and to become a real estate entrepreneur full-time, as he is the President of Win/Win Redevelopment Corporation and the owner of Clean Slate Properties, LLC.  As a budding social entrepreneur, he has dedicated his life towards providing affordable housing, redeveloping communities nationwide and solving the problems of distressed homeowners with win-win solutions.
