Maintaining equipment allows for greater consistency with the slices, less waste, and decreases wear and tear on the motor.
Berkel dough mixers range in size from 10 quarts to 60 quarts. The standard features include a permanent bowl guard, a batter beater, wire whip, three fixed speeds and dough hook attachments. The 20 quart dough mixer and larger models also include a 15 minute timer and #12 tapered hub for other attachments. The 60 quart dough mixer comes with a bowl dolly for easy transporting of the dough mixing bowl for adding ingredients and/or unloading the mixed product.
