New Business, New Jobs, New Construction in Northern Virginia

Elite Subcontractors Helps Local Construction Businesses Stay in Business

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

We provide jobs. Not leads.
We provide jobs. Not leads.
PRLog (Press Release) - Mar 09, 2010 -
Northern Virginia - The construction industry has come to a near-standstill, but for local construction businesses, workers are rolling up their sleeves to get back to work thanks to a new company, Elite Subcontractors.

Stuart Sinclair of Fairfax, VA was looking for a career shift and a new venture to invest his resources.  With a background in land development and mortgage lending, Stuart combined his skill at building relationships and a lifelong passion for construction and renovation projects to launch Elite Subcontractors in his own backyard.

The company combines unparalleled technology with old-fashioned personal service to provide small to medium sized subcontractors a better way to connect with general contractors. Only 5 subcontractors in each construction trade are allowed to join the network in each of 6 regional areas of Northern Virginia, so competition is limited.  Elite not only provides subcontractors with real construction projects, but also ‘goes to bat’ for them with the general contractors.

The president of Elite Subcontractors, Kevin Priddy, has been in the construction industry for the last 23 years as a licensed general contractor and subcontractor for a family-owned concrete business.  He saw the need for a company that would actively help seek out new work for the smaller to mid-sized companies who don’t have networking know-how or a full-time sales force.

“Every time one of our subcontractors gets awarded a job, an email goes out to the entire staff.  We are truly fortunate to be a part of a much needed service in this industry.  These plumbers, electricians, painters, etc. just aren’t getting the work they used to and they need help,” says Priddy.  “We are using our network of general contractors to deliver quality projects to our qualified subcontractors.”

Elite Subcontractors was founded in December of 2008 and now operates in Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Delaware.
For more information on obtaining approval to be listed in the Subcontractor or General Contractor database in the Virginia area, please contact Stuart Sinclair at (703) 859-6172 or email ssinclair@elitesubcontractors.com.

Elite Subcontractors corporate headquarters is located at 5589 Okeechobee Blvd., Ste. 202, West Palm Beach, FL 33417.  For more information please call (877) 656-4706 or visit www.elitesubcontractors.com.
