Boston, MA -- The GENESIS Network, a nonprofit organization that develops humans rights projects to help at-risk children and communities around the world, announced a partnership with AquaSafe of Australia to support relief efforts in Haiti. The organizations will deliver hundreds of portable water filtrations systems that will provide nearly 120,000 gallons of clean drinking water to remote communities.
Members of The GENESIS Network will fly from Miami, FL to Haiti with AquaSafe’s AquaSafeStraw, a chemical-free mechanism that filters out 99.9999% of disease-causing bacteria. Operation Teacup, an international group of aircraft owners and pilots volunteering in the relief effort, will provide air transportation for the operation.
"It's a wonderful opportunity to be able to provide assistance to people in dire need of help. We're thrilled that we have been able to join forces with AquaSafe to make this possible," says Adam Swartzbaugh, GENESIS Network Founder.
“At AquaSafeCorp, we are excited and proud to be part of the relief effort in Haiti with our unique product, the AquaSafeStraw. In supporting the work of the GENESIS Network, we are making an immediate difference in the health and recovery of Haiti. We are immensely proud to be involved in this way” says, Andie Domanko, AquaSafeStraw Director
