TIME & Frequency Solutions (TFS), manufacturers of precision timing systems, have formed a new strategic alliance with Brandywine Communications Inc., their US distributor of time and frequency solutions.
Both companies design and manufacture their own range of time and frequency systems. Up until the new deal was struck, Brandywine, who specialise predominately in the US military and aerospace market, acted as the US distributor for TFS’s range of products. The new alliance means that Time & Frequency Solutions will now also act as a distributor for Brandywine’s products.
Part of the agreement is that TFS will manage all overseas sales on behalf of Brandywine, which will free up the American company to concentrate on its expanding network of agents across the States.
Both companies are confidant that the new arrangement will create a productive and efficient distribution process. David Wright, TFS’s Sales & Marketing Director, explained, “This alliance represents the beginning of a new era for both companies. It will allow us to present a complete and cohesive product range to agents and customers, so we are able to better satisfy their needs.”
