On 01.03.2010 ZORG signed a new contract for construction of a biogas plant for an agricultural complex producing diary products in Indonesia.
ZORG Ukraine is going to supply all materials and equipment necessary for construction of the biogas plant and manage plant’s launching while Indonesian contractors will carry on with the construction of reactors from reinforced concrete.
Ultimate capacity of the plant’s four reactors will reach 1,34 megawatts. As planned, companies will proceed with the construction works in course of 2010-2011. The cost of the first reactor to be built estimates around 2,5 mln. Euro.
Indonesian company decided to work with ZORG Ukraine after its representatives visited a functioning biogas plant in Kiev region in October 2009. As the visitors stated, biogas plant is identical to ones they’ve visited in Germany, manufactured using German equipment and yet its price is half cheaper.
ZORG Ukraine designs and builds biogas plants under German know-how license, using equipment manufactured in Western Europe. However, the price of the biogas plant is considerably lower, due to a lower cost of engineering and construction services. ZORG Ukraine was founded in 2004 in response to a rise of demand within Ukrainian bio-energy market. Currently, haft of the company’s project are being held abroad.
