Cool Shade Canopies Cover Sizzling Hot Aquatic Center

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 9, 2010 - Shade Comforts Inc. really enhanced the Aquatic Center at the City of Shafter California. Now the effects of the late afternoon scorching sun are minimized around the pool because of the five (5) new shade canopies.

When you are swimming, watching, eating, or dressing, you are covered from the soaring UV levels. The flat truss cantilevered pool shade canopy is 60'x14' and is only part of the impressive ten (10) tons of powder-coated structural steel that went into this project.

The two changing room canopies are 51'x12', the bleacher canopy is 52'x20' and the concession stand canopy is 35'x20'. The bright blue and yellow shade canopies provide up to 96%  UV protection and reduce the temperature from the unbearable heat around the pool, bleacher, snack bar, and changing rooms.
