Youth Leaders Conference Refuel Hosts Steve Fee, Jeanne Mayo and Mark Oestreicher in Fort Myers.
Steve Fee remembers standing on a stage before his high-school peers with little musical ability and even less worship leading experience. How times change. Since the early days, he's been featured at Passion and Catalyst conferences, at 7|22, and also as worship leader at North Point Community Church in Atlanta, one of the nation's fastest growing churches. Steve is also the frontman for new INO Records signing, rock-worship band Fee, which released its debut album We Shine in 2007. Steve and his wife, Carmen, live in Alpharetta, Georgia, and have one son, Levi, and another baby on the way.

Jeanne Mayo, President of Youth Leader's Coach and Director of Oxygen Youth and Youth Adult Outreach. Acclaimed by Ministries Today as “America’s Number One Youth Pastor,” Jeanne Mayo has thrown her heart and passion into youth ministry for nearly four decades. Her ministry DNA is reflected in her life mission statement: “The motivation and mentorship of Kamikaze Christianity into practicing and potential Kingdom champions.” Jeanne’s successful ministry has placed her in high demand as a youth ministry and youth leadership communicator.
Mark Oestreicher has been in youth ministry for almost 30 years, working primarily with middle schoolers. Formally the President of Youth Specialties, an organization that trains and resources Christian youth workers, Marko is currently speaking, consulting, and prayerfully considering his next steps.
