Cascades Technologies, inc. (CTi) announced the award of a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contract with the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Tax Exempt and Government Entities education and outreach offices. (TEGE CE&O)
CTi will analyze Stay Exempt, an IRS educational microsite and recommend enhancements to.it. CTi will build and deliver solutions for the accepted recommendations.
The contract is for a base year with four (4) option years. Two task orders (TO) have already been issued under the BPA; one to analyze existing Stay Exempt content and support a general redesign, and the second to host existing video content.
Alfredo Casta, President and CEO of CTi stated, "We look forward to assisting the IRS with Stay Exempt’s structure and usability and will recommend ways to redesign the site pages." He added, "It is important to allow our citizens to more easily find the information they are seeking."
