APM will provide the following services to the association as part of their Bookkeeping Agreement; make all association deposits of maintenance assessments and other income through their free Lock Box System, pay all association invoices, provide payroll services for all association employees, produce monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and general ledger detail. In addition, APM will also provide any reports as needed, annual budgets, annual meeting and Board of Director support and administrative services. In addition, APM also provides free unlimited consultation on association issues and operations to the Board of Directors.
