Kingdom Bio Solutions Inc. (KBS, Inc.) of Dallas has recently closed a multi-million dollar deal, securing a fifty-two (52) Million gallon a year biodiesel facility in Bridgeport, Alabama. The plant has a strong production history since 2006, multi-feedstock processing capability, a centralized location with great multi-modal logistical accessibility, including port access to the Tennessee River.
The plant has consistently processed 10 different types of animal and vegetable oils, including the more difficult to process used vegetable oil (UVO) and waste cooking oil (WCO), into ASTM Spec commercial grade biodiesel.
Historically, the rising cost of virgin soybean oil has caused biodiesel plants to struggle, but the multi feedstock versatility of Kingdom’s plant provides operating advantages that withstand economic trends.
Through strategic partnerships Kingdom has secured restaurant cooking oil recovery contracts and over 330,000 acres dedicated to the cultivation of biofuel feedstock in Mexico, Central and South America and several countries in Africa.
Kingdom has now reached the next phase in its existence, consulting equity partners to achieve expansion objectives which will include ramping up production from 52MMGY up to 160 MMGY, construct a 21 million gallon storage facility, fortify rail-loading platforms and constructing a shipping wharf on the Tennessee River.
When asked about the impact of Kingdom Bio Solutions Inc, Kevin Mathis, CEO of KBS Inc., remarked “Its bigger than the fuel… We will create 100s of jobs and provide energy options laying a true foundation for lasting economic development and energy independence. We will have a hand in actually eradicating poverty while sponsoring different opportunities in the renewable energy sector. The new King has come!”
