Geeks-In-Route is a nationwide on-site computer repair & IT service provider. They have over 13,000 technicians in their arsenal, and currently service 47 states in the U.S. They have been in business for 6 years, have performed thousands of jobs, and have never had a Better Business Bureau complaint.
As Junior Affiliates, the students earn commissions by referring new customers to use Geeks-In-Route's services. The students send out invitations to businesses nationwide, inviting them to use Geeks-In-Route's services. All invitations are sent directly through the Geeks-In-Route system, and the students never have to give their personal emails addresses out to customers. As the emails also direct prospective customers to call in to their call center, or schedule service through the site, the Junior Affiliates never have to have direct contact with any customers at all.
The $50,000 scholarships will be awarded to the first ten students who earn a total in commissions of $50,000. There are no deadlines, and the contest runs until there are 10 winners. Students earn three different types of commissions. They earn $15.00 for every new customer referred to Geeks-In-Route, who utilizes their services. They earn a $5.00 residual commission every time that customer utilizes Geeks-In-Route’
We encourage parents to participate with their children, and help them to succeed. However, only Junior Affiliate accounts are eligible to participate, and scholarship checks will be made out directly to the college of choice, c/o the Junior Affiliates name. Awards are non-transferable.
It is completely FREE for any middle school or high school student to participate, so long as the student’s parent or legal guardian signs the Parental Consent Form provided for download at time of registration. "This is an excellent Opportunity for students to develop a good work ethic, to earn real money without taking away from their school work time, and learn to work towards goals" says Austin Whitten, President of Geeks-In-Route. "It's also a great way for the students and their parents to work together on a project that is mutually beneficial to both, and should be a lot of fun as well" he goes on to say.
