An INTAgLIO Quality Review will validate current opinion or redefine a company's essence; namely, its competency, competitive advantage, brand identity, carved niche, and touch points. Internal and external interviews form the basis for quick-hitting account development actions, and for leveraging true essence for business advantage.
"Understanding the true reality of a business as perceived by its customers and partners is essential for running a successful company and for building a raving fan base", said John Bernardi, INTAgLIO's owner. "Business leaders need the facts that a quality review reveals, but they don't have the time or experience required to persuade stakeholders to share meaningful information."
